it's even worse than that tho James. It involves a teacher who is banned from teaching for kidnapping a student years ago and he was using identity theft to teach under another name. The other bloke found out and tried to blackmail him then dropped dead so he had to get rid of the body as he did not want to go back to jail for fraud. Where JD features I don't know yet.
